Privacy Policy

OCC recognizes that the protection of personal information of all parties concerned, such as our company’s customers, stockholders, and employees is its social responsibility, and has established a policy for the protection of personal information. Efforts are constantly being made to implement and maintain the policy. This privacy policy sets forth our principles as follows (note that the original is in Japanese) :

1. OCC abides by the laws, regulations and guidelines of Japan pertaining to the protection of personal information.
2. OCC obtains, uses and provides personal information properly, assigning a person in charge of protecting personal information at each of its relevant divisions, taking into account its organizational structure. Among other things, OCC takes appropriate measures not to handle personal information other than for its specified purposes.
3. OCC makes efforts to implement, through the adoption of necessary and appropriate security measures to securing control the security of personal information handled by OCC, including protection from disclosure, loss or damage.
4.  OCC appropriately responds to complaints and requests for consultation with respect to OCC's handling of personal information.
5. OCC continuously makes efforts to improve its personal information protection management system and its relevant internal rules, including this policy.
