Cable Manufacture
We are the only company manufacturing optical submarine cables in Japan. Our cable have an unique structure characterized by the 3-divided steel segments.
Cable Assembly
Cable to cable joint and integration of cable with other wet-plant, to assemble optical submarine cable systems, can be conducted in our factory dedicated tanks. Long-haul system assembly can be completed and performance tested to confirm quality before loading to installation cable ship.
Cable Loading
Completely assembled system is loaded to installation cable ship. This operation may take up to 2 months, depending on cable length and configuration. Based on our experience and expertise, with safety as first priority, our loading operations has a long reputation of on-time delivery.
Products
Our cable is designed to protect the optical fiber from external forces such as high water pressure, and tensile operational loads during the design life of over 25 years. 3-divided steel segments structure is friendly to latest large core fibers, allowing manufacture of high-count fiber cable without increasing optical attenuation performance of fiber.
