Project : APT EBC-J Category 2 Project in Nepal
OCC's F-PAC cable has been adopted by KDDI Foundation with Nepal Dullu Municipality to build optical fiber network based on ITU-T L.1700 concept (Recommendation to build a communications infrastructure at an easy cost to eliminate the digital divide. In May 2019, cable installation has been safely and successfully completed by the local people. This makes it possible to use high-speed community network with internet in municipality offices and elementary schools and also allows local people to use telemedicine service by connecting telemedicine devices between the hospital and local clinic.

Project : Part of APT J3 Project in Bhutan
In March 2013, OCC's F-PAC cable was firstly adopted by KDDI Foundation with Ministry of Kingdom of Bhutan for APT pilot project to build optical fiber network in Shengana village. This makes it possible to use high-speed Internet service in municipality offices, hospitals and elementary schools. F-PAC cable has thin, lightweight and robust features that can be used in any environments. Cable installation has been safely and successfully completed by the local people in accordance with the local environment where infrastructure like utility pole is not sufficient.
